Neff has served as Hire Dynamics’ CFO since co-founding the company with college roommate Dan Campbell in 2001 and assumed the joint role of Chief Operations Officer (COO) earlier this year. In this position, Neff oversees the company’s financial performance and explores growth opportunities through in-depth accounting review, planning and forecasting, and adherence to industry trends. Neff also directs the development of Hire Dynamics’ culture and brand, and the establishment of a productive, welcoming environment for employees across the company’s 35 branches and 45 onsites. Most notably, Neff’s meticulous analysis and emphasis on seamless post-transaction assimilation served as the foundation for several prominent acquisitions which accelerated Hire Dynamics’ rapid expansion. In 2016, his due diligence and careful attention to detail fueled the company’s recapitalization with MSouth, generating new avenues for expansion while simultaneously tempering board, investor and employee relations. More recently, Neff led the development and implementation of Work4HD, one of the first mobile applications in the staffing industry. The app has over 30,000 users in its first year, accelerating the connection between candidates and jobs and enhancing communication. Beyond his work at Hire Dynamics, Neff gives back to his community and profession through involvement in organizations which shape the local economic climate and prepare the next generation of business leaders for success. A tenured CPA, Jon holds memberships with both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Georgia Society of CPAs.
