Drive-Through Job Fairs: Driving Success in Kentucky By Hire Dynamics CATEGORY: News POSTED: July 15, 2020 Hire Dynamics has been taking a new approach to job fairs in light of the coronavirus. Over a two-day event in Owensboro, Kentucky, our client was looking to fill over 150 positions. The first day of the drive-through fair led to about 60 positions being filled. Participants began the application through the Work4HD app and completed the process through a socially distanced interview from their vehicle.
