Carry and supply materials to the machines. Remove the finished product from the machine. Supplies and finished goods of up to 38 lbs. must be lifted about 75 times per shift. (Maximum weight to be lifted is 50lbs.) Operators will be cross trained to operate different machines. Recommend productivity improvement plans and cost reduction plans (Total Productive Maintenance activity). Investigate and analyze the causes of target frustration.
