This is a temporary position with no set end date. 

PURPOSE OF ROLE:

The Water Laboratory Technician is responsible for providing support for Sales, Maintenance, and Support teams by analyzing water samples and supporting the water sampling-related activities within the company; for providing support to Production teams by analyzing chemical quality and production of chemical; for maintaining the lab’s operation and accuracy with analysis of water samples.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Water Sample Analysis

a.Perform water analysis on all water samples that are received by the lab for testing. 

Quality and Accuracy Checks and Reporting

a.Perform routine accuracy checks on lab equipment and procedures.

Manage and dispose of waste properly and in accordance with regulations, policies, and procedures.

a.Able to understand and follow the procedures for handling hazardous waste.

Prologistix is hiring experienced Production Assistants in McDonough, GA.

Shift is Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Pay is $20/hr. 

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Manage and plan day to day work flow and new processes and procedures to meet daily production targets while consistently reducing downtime.
• Keep accurate inventory of materials, tools, and consumable supplies. Identify, diagnose and resolve operational, manufacturing and maintenance problems within deadlines.
• Competently utilize Lean Manufacturing and related process improvement techniques to ensure most cost effective manufacturing as well as ensuring safe work environment.
• Other duties as assigned by the Production Manager.

Operational Buyer / Planner
