About the Role:

We are looking for a JIS Rack Builder to support our production team. This position involves placing finished mufflers onto racks in a very specific sequence and position, following detailed guidelines. Accuracy and care are critical, as racks will be audited before being moved to High Bay for shipping.

Responsibilities:

• Take finished mufflers from the welding station and place them on designated racks according to provided instructions.
• Ensure each muffler is positioned correctly and securely on the rack.
• Handle all parts with caution and care to prevent damage.
• Follow sequencing and positioning guidelines precisely for audit compliance.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production timelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Physical ability to lift and handle mufflers safely.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
