Job Summary: We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Assembler to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling retail display units according to specifications, ensuring high-quality standards and timely completion. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in manufacturing or assembly environments. Key Responsibilities: Assemble retail display components using hand tools, power tools, and hardware. Read and interpret work orders to determine assembly instructions. Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy. Ensure all displays are assembled to meet structural and aesthetic standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals. Follow safety guidelines and company procedures. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in assembly, carpentry, or manufacturing preferred. Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Good communication and teamwork skills. Work Environment: Fast-paced production or warehouse setting.
