Schedule & Pay: Day Shift: 8am – 8pm — $15/hr Night Shift: 8pm – 8am — $15.50/hr Rotation: 2-2-3 schedule (work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days; rotates weekly) Working Environment Manufacturing setting Hot and cold temperature exposure Loud noises Fast-paced production lines Job Requirements Key Responsibilities: Production sheet reading - Review specs to ensure correct product packaging Packaging preparation - Build pallets, label materials, and prepare packaging for finished goods Production inspection - Inspect film/product, document findings, and report defects or concerns Line support - Remove finished product from the line, pack neatly, and maintain pace with production goals Weight recording - weigh cases and record accurate measurements using UCL.LCL targets Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Prior manufacturing experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
