Position Overview: Our metal fabrication facility is seeking a reliable and experienced Machine Operator to support daily production across multiple departments. This role works with various metal-processing equipment and requires strong attention to detail, safe material handling, and experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment. Operators may assist with machines such as cutting, forming, finishing, or general production equipment depending on daily workflow needs. Shifts Available: 5am – 1pm 1pm – 9pm Pay: $18 – $22, based on experience Job Requirements Key Responsibilities: Operate assigned production machinery safely and efficiently Load, unload, and stage metal materials for processing Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments as needed Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications Maintain clean, organized work area and follow all safety procedures Assist with general fabrication tasks as directed by supervisors Complete production logs, counts, and documentation accurately Preferred Experience: Prior experience in metal fabrication machine operation Exposure to equipment such as press brake, fiber-optic laser, saws, cutting machines, forming machines, or similar production equipment Ability to read basic measurements, follow work instructions, and perform visual quality inspections Comfortable working in a fast-paced, industrial environment Requirements: 1+ years of machine operation or manufacturing experience (metal fabrication strongly preferred) Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for the duration of the shift Strong safety awareness and reliable attendance Willingness to cross-train on multiple machines Apply Now
