To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily; other duties being assigned as necessary to department, or company mission. • Set-up and start up machines • Analyze, diagnose, and properly adjust production/quality issues to ensure the desired results are obtained • Document cycle and changes that are made to the original set-up sheet • Set-up techs setting up the machines will maintain communications with the corresponding team on press status so the team can plan for start up and shut down • Assist with other team members with any process/die related issues • Responsible for die changes: o Complete die, material, robot tool change, machine start up, and first off parts taken to quality staff for review o Must complete die change over tracking sheets and lot certificates for any material change • Other duties as assigned.
