Job Posting: Blender Helper

Hire Dynamics/Employbridge is searching for Blender Helper / Packer Helpers for a Rock Hill, SC food production facility. In this role, you will assist blender and packing operators in the production of spice blends for third-party customers. This position works in a fast-paced, labor-intensive environment and requires attention to detail, a commitment to food safety, and the ability to perform repetitive lifting throughout the shift.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00am until production is complete

Pay Rate: $17.00-$17.75/hour based on experience, plus Paid for Performance incentive

Primary Responsibilities for Blender Helper / Packer Helper

• Assist blender and packing operators with daily production processes.
• Lift and handle ingredient bags weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
• Support the blending and packaging of spice products.
• Document and verify production and blending processes accurately.
• Maintain food safety and quality standards at all times.
• Ensure products are packaged correctly and prepared for shipment.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
