Location: Concord, NC 

Shift:

Days, Evenings, & Nights

8, 10, 12 Hour Shifts

Pay: 16+ Hourly

Job Duties for the Machine Operator:

• To set up and operate machines according to the appropriate “machine operator’s manual” under the direction of the Group Leader.
• Carry and supply materials to the machines.
• Remove the finished product from the machine.
• Supplies and finished goods of up to 38 lbs. (Maximum weight to be lifted is 50lbs.)
• Operators will be cross trained to operate different machines.
• Recommend productivity improvement plans and cost reduction plans (Total Productive Maintenance activity).
• Investigate and analyze the causes of target frustration.
• Facilitate internal communication and working relationships within areas of responsibility.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
