Job Posting: Machine Operator

Hire Dynamics currently seeking General Laborers, Forklift Operators and Machine Operators in the Statesville NC area!

Pay: 

• General Labor – $17.00
• Forklift Operator – $18.00
• Machine Operator – $19.00

Shift:

• 1st and 2nd shifts available
• 7:00am – 3:30pm (1st)
• 10:00am – 6:30pm (2nd)
• Monday – Friday (OT as needed)

Job Description: (Machine Operator)

• Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
• Commitment to working safely in a busy production environment and adhering to US safety rules and regulations
• Physical ability to perform tasks involving lifting, bending and standing for extended periods
• At least 3 years of manufacturing/machine operation experience
• Must be able to load/unload materials in machine proficiently

(General Laborer)

• No specific experience required
• Must have positive attitude, great work ethic and perfect attendance

(Forklift Operator)

• Load/unload inventory from loading docks, delivery trucks, storage areas and production areas
• Verify all incoming deliveries match the company purchase order
• Handling all raw material and finished goods in a safe manner
• Store finished goods and raw materials in designated spots to eliminate the risk of damage or an incident
• Verify mechanical condition of forklifts and submit audit sheets per company guidelines
• Uphold safety regulations (PPE, speedlimits, etc)
