Machine Operator (12-Hour Shifts)

Location: Conyers, GA
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Some Saturdays)

• Day Shift: 4:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Night Shift: 4:00 PM – 4:00 AM
  Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
  Overtime: Significant overtime currently available

Position Overview

We are currently hiring Machine Operators for a fast-paced manufacturing facility in Conyers, GA. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company with long-term potential. Candidates must be dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working 12-hour shifts in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently
• Follow all safety procedures, maintain awareness of surroundings, and promote a culture of safety among team members
• Comply with all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines
• Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and minor maintenance tasks
• Support production start-up by preparing and loading materials (rolls, ink, or other raw materials)
• Use touch screen controls to operate equipment
• Package finished products by boxing, bagging, or preparing for shipment
• Perform first-piece inspections and ongoing quality checks to ensure product meets standards
• Identify and remove defective products and report any issues or process changes
• Maintain accurate product counts while keeping pace with production demands
• Assist with additional production and operational tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and overtime as needed
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-production environment
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with touch screen machinery controls is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Team player with a strong work ethic and commitment to safety
