This position is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience with robotic welding cells, MIG welding, and production-floor quality standards. Job Requirements Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor robotic welding machines (robotic welding cells, automated welding systems) Perform MIG welding on steel components as needed Load/unload parts, fixtures, and jigs into robotic weld cells Adjust machine parameters, troubleshoot minor issues, and maintain production flow Inspect welds for quality, accuracy, and consistency Perform basic preventive maintenance on robotic welding equipment Follow all safety protocols, including PPE, lockout/tagout, and OSHA standards Work closely with production and quality teams to meet daily output goals Required Experience Hands-on experience operating robotic welding machines (Fanuc, Lincoln, ABB, or similar) MIG welding experience (GMAW) — ability to produce clean, consistent welds Ability to read basic blueprints, weld symbols, and production instructions Experience in a metal fabrication, manufacturing, or industrial environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a fast-paced production setting Preferred Qualifications Experience with fixture setup, tooling changeovers, or machine calibration Knowledge of weld inspection standards Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or 5S practices Why Work With Employbridge Competitive pay and benefits Stable, long-term career opportunities Modern facility with advanced equipment Strong safety culture and supportive team environment Apply Now
