Job Posting: CNC Machine Operator- 2nd Shift

This role is responsible for producing quality products by interpreting technical drawings and operating fabrication equipment.

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to set up equipment and complete fabrication projects.
• Measure, cut, and prepare materials using hand tools, machinery, and power saws.
• Assemble materials using adhesives, clamps, and other fabrication methods.
• Verify dimensions and quality using measuring devices to ensure required tolerances.
• Perform roll tooling changeovers and safely maintain equipment, tools, and supplies.
• Troubleshoot machinery, tooling, materials, saws, and measuring equipment; make necessary adjustments.
• Inspect extrusions and finished products against engineering drawings and report defects.
• Support continuous improvement and LEAN manufacturing initiatives.
• Remain flexible in daily assignments and assist as needed to support production goals.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout requirements.
• Wear required PPE and ensure safety equipment is properly maintained.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
