Description

· Perform daily cleaning and sanitization tasks on equipment, workspaces, and processing areas to eradicate foodborne pathogens, bacteria, and contaminants.· Equipment Maintenance: Disassemble, clean, sanitize, and properly reassemble machinery, conveyors, and other equipment used in meat processing. Utilize high-pressure heated water (140 -160 degrees) and adhere to correct chemical allocation and application methods.

Job Requirements

Regular lifting within the range of 20 to 50 pounds. Consistent exposure to hot/steam and wet conditions (Appropriate PPE is supplied). Continuous walking and standing o concrete surfaces. Frequent use of ladders for ascending and descending.
