Job Posting: Inventory Control

Employbridge is hiring an Inventory Control Specialist in Jefferson, Ga. 7am-3:30pm $19/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily inventory cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Operate cherry picker (order picker) to pick and verify product locations at height
• Safely operate sit-down forklift for pallet movement, storage, and replenishment
• Conduct inventory audits and investigate variances in stock levels
• Maintain accurate records using warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Assist with inbound receiving and outbound shipping verification
• Monitor product locations to ensure proper organization and labeling
• Collaborate with warehouse, shipping, and receiving teams to maintain inventory accuracy
• Follow all OSHA and company safety standards while operating equipment

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of inventory control or warehouse experience
• Proven experience operating:
  • Cherry picker / order picker
  • Sit-down forklift
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience using RF scanners or inventory systems
• Ability to work at heights safely and comfortably
• Basic computer skills (Excel or WMS systems a plus)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
