Job Posting: Forklift Operator

Hire Dynamics is hiring experienced forklift operators in Pendergrass, GA to support daily warehouse operations using stand-up reach trucks, sit-down forklifts, and cherry pickers.

Schedule and Pay:

• Days 1^st shift 6am-2:30 PM + overtime, Monday to Friday with Saturday’s during peak. Pay is $17.00/hour
• Nights 2^nd shift 4pm – 1:30 AM overtime; Monday to Friday with Saturday’s during peak. Pay $18.50/hr

Responsibilities:

• Operate stand-up, sit-down, and/or cherry picker forklifts
• Pick orders and move inventory using RF scanners
• Load, unload, replenish, and stage materials
• Follow all safety procedures and complete equipment checks
• Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Experience with at least one of the following: stand-up, sit-down, or cherry picker
• Ability to work at heights (for cherry picker roles)
• Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
