Hire Dynamics is searching for a Shipper helper/forklift for a facility in Gastonia, NC.

The Shipper Helper is responsible for safely operating a forklift and assisting with the loading, unloading, packing, and shipment of products. This role ensures materials are prepared, packaged, and loaded accurately to meet customer and shipping requirement.

Shift/Pay:

• Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
• Pay $16

Responsibilities for shipper helper/forklift operator include:

• Operate forklifts safely to move materials, products, and pallets throughout the facility.
• Load and unload trucks according to shipping schedules and safety procedures.
• Pack boxes, crates, and other containers to protect products during transit.
• Verify shipment quantities, labels, and packing lists for accuracy.
• Stage materials for shipment and organize inventory in designated locations.
• Secure loads using straps, shrink wrap, and other packaging materials.
• Assist with receiving incoming shipments and inspecting materials for damage.
• Maintain a clean and organized shipping area.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
• Report damaged products, equipment issues, or inventory discrepancies to supervisors.
