Taking Pride In Our Communities and Giving Back When We Can By Hire Dynamics CATEGORY: Blog POSTED: December 7, 2016 Here at Hire Dynamics, we find true joy in being actively engaged in developing, strengthening and energizing our communities, especially during the holiday season. For that reason, we caught up with a few of our branch office managers to see what they have planned for the next few weeks. Our Atlanta office has the pleasure of serving Operation Christmas Child, a project of Samaritan’s Purse, for the 10th consecutive year. This organization is the world’s largest Christmas outreach of its kind. Since 1993, Operation Christmas Child has delivered gift-filled shoeboxes to over 124 million children affected by war, poverty, natural disasters, and other crises in more than 150 countries and territories. For a month, beginning mid November, the Atlanta team is lending their time and donating money to Operation Christmas Child and filling as many shoeboxes as possible. Our Greenville branch office is volunteering at the Shriners Hospital for Children for the 4th year in a row, on December 7th. During their time at the hospital, team members spend the afternoon playing and singing with kids, as well as filling stocking for them to have Christmas morning. Greenville Branch Manager Tanya Carter said, “We are so blessed to be able to give back to our community and volunteering makes you realize how much of an impact you can have on people around you by taking at least one afternoon to serve others.” The Greenville office is also participating in the toy and donation drive for the U.S. Marine Corps’ Toys For Tots campaign. From now through Dec. 8th, the team will be accepting new, unwrapped gifts and online donations. The toys will be presented to the Marines at the Annual Legislative Breakfast at The Hyatt Regency on Dec. 9th. Our Charlotte branch office is also participating in the U.S. Marine Corps’ Toys For Tots drive by donating toys. The Charlotte team is also very active with the Men’s Shelter of Charlotte where they will be passing out blankets and other essential items, as well as holding a dress for success session. They are donating clothes and providing the shelter’s community of gentlemen with tips and tools in an effort to better prepare them for a job interview. As the holiday season approaches, Hire Dynamics looks forward to what we can do to better serve our communities and give back to the people who give us so much. Happy holidays!
