Rounding Out a Successful 2016 By Hire Dynamics CATEGORY: Blog POSTED: December 28, 2016 As 2016 comes to a close, the Hire Dynamics family reflects on this year’s growth and successes across all of our offices. This year was centered on building strong teams in a fun and values-based environment. We have experienced growth not only for our business but for the important individuals that make up our entire team. In September, our Atlanta office was named a top 10 “Best Places to Work” by the Atlanta Business Chronicle for the 9th year. The Best Places to Work survey is conducted and published annually as a means to recognize companies that focus on creating a positive, effective work environment for their employees. We’re particularly honored by this recognition because we believe so strongly in creating a culture of fun, trust and transparency that supports and nurtures the relationships we have with each other, our clients, and our talent. Earlier this year, our Charlotte branch office was awarded the #2 ranking in the Small Companies category for “Best Places to Work” by the Charlotte Business Journal. In an industry where the average retention rate for staffing agencies is 40%, we stood apart from the crowd with 84% retention of employees. Our commitment to training is an important aspect of employee satisfaction, as is our work outside the office. The Charlotte team partners with leading nonprofit organizations in the area including the Urban League, Dress for Success, and The Men’s Shelter, while employees support colleague’s community and personal causes. Our Greenville branch was named as the Best Place to Work in South Carolina this year. The list is compiled by the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce and SC Biz and includes 60 companies chosen as stand-out workplaces in 2016. Hire Dynamics ranked number one in the Small/Medium Employer category. And rounding out our four-peat, our Nashville office was also recognized as a finalist in the Nashville Business Journal’s 2016 “Best Places to Work.” Hire Dynamics was a winner in the Small Companies (10-24 employees) category. This recognition is quite impressive and sets an exciting tone for the future as we head into 2017.
