Job Posting: Tractor Assembly

Associates will be assembling components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and subassemblies.

• The best fit for this position is someone who is not a traditional assembler. Must be mechanically inclined and knows what a typical tool kit has in it and be able to use all part of it. Will be  assembling tractors so it is not like standing on a normal assembly line doing repetitive motions.

• Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists, gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.

• Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements.

• Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and subassemblies.

• Verifies specifications by measuring completed component.

• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
