Job Posting: Forklift Operator

Sit Down Forklift Operator- Pendergrass (Temp to perm opportunity)

Must have experience

6am-3:00pm $17

4:00pm-1:30am $18.50

Job Duties:

• Operate a sit-down forklift to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility.
• Move pallets, freight, and materials to designated areas accurately and efficiently.
• Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
• Maintain inventory and cycle counts
• Maintain accurate counts while picking, staging, or replenishing inventory.
• Assist with order picking, pallet wrapping, and general warehouse duties as needed.
• Follow all OSHA safety guidelines, facility rules, and equipment operation standards.
• Keep aisles, work areas, and equipment clean and organized.
• Communicate with team members, leads, and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Use RF scanners or warehouse management systems (if required) to track inventory movement.

Requirements:

• Ability to safely operate a sit-down forklift
• Ability to lift between 35-50 pounds, as needed.
• Basic computer skills include data entry to process transactions and generate reports and orders
