The Machine Operator will safely and efficiently operate equipment to ensure the highest-quality product is produced for Milliken & Company’s customers. Pay & Schedule Pay Rate: $17.83 per hour Shift: 3rd Shift Qualifications Must have prior dye/finishing experience. Must have awareness of PC hardware components, desktop operating systems, and software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access). Should possess strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Able to interact effectively with management, staff, vendors, and customers; able to work independently and/or as part of a team. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and operate motorized equipment (fork trucks, tuggers, etc.). Must be able to comprehend and follow work instructions. Must be able to work in extremely hot climate conditions. Must be self-driven. Job Requirements Basic Responsibilities Operate each job in the department according to established procedures.
