The operator is expected to run equipment safely and efficiently to ensure Milliken & Company customers receive the highest-quality product. Pay & Schedule Pay Rate: $16.35 per hour Schedule: Rotating shift position Qualifications Must have prior dye/finishing experience. Must have awareness of PC hardware components, desktop operating systems, and software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access). Should possess excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Able to interact effectively with management, staff, vendors, customers, and work independently and/or as part of a team. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and operate motorized equipment (fork trucks, tuggers, etc.). Must be able to comprehend and follow work instructions. Must be able to work in extremely hot climate conditions. Must be self-driven. Job Requirements Responsibilities Operate all jobs in the department according to established procedures.
