Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor machinery for proper operation and make basic adjustments as needed
• Inspect cables for quality and consistency during and after production runs
• Load raw materials and spool finished products
• Accurately complete production logs and documentation
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of machines
• Adhere to all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures
• Assist with inventory handling and packaging as needed
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
