About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Clerical Associate to support our warehouse and fruit company operations. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, have prior clerical experience, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position requires reliability, accuracy, and strong organizational skills to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Schedule
•     Standard hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
•     Extended shift option: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Responsibilities
•     Perform clerical and administrative tasks to support warehouse operations
•     Enter, track, and analyze data using Microsoft Excel
•     Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and documentation
•     Communicate with warehouse staff and management to ensure workflow efficiency
•     Handle filing, reporting, and other office duties as assigned

Qualifications
•     Experience required: Minimum 3–5 years in clerical or administrative roles
•     Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, spreadsheets, data entry)
•     Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
•     Excellent communication and organizational skills
•     Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented
