The facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine and preventative maintenance across the facility. This role ensures all building systems, equipment, and grounds remain in safe operational condition while supporting day-to-day facility needs. Shift/Pay: 6:00am – 2:30pm (4:30pm for OT when required) Mon – Fri (weekends as needed) $23/hr Facility Maintenance Technician Job Duties: Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical equipment Complete preventative maintenance tasks according to established schedules Inspect facilities regularly to identify safety concerns, repair needs, and improvement opportunities Respond to work orders in a timely and professional manner Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance logs accurately Assist with facility projects such as renovations, installations, or equipment upgrades Other duties assigned as needed Job Requirements Facility Maintenance Technician Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in building or facility maintenance Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments (indoor/outdoor, heights, confined spaces) Technical certifications in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or related field are a plus Experience in industrail, warehouse, or logistics facilities is preferred Benefits: $100 Referral Bonus Temp-to-hire Weekly Pay Apply Now
