Overview Base Pay: $ Per Hour Job Number: 1263501 Industry: unavailable Employee Type: TTH Description Pay Rate: $19 Hours: Monday-Friday 6am-2pm (Must be available to work Saturday’s and work until 4pm during peak season) Responsibilities: Perform daily walkthroughs to ensure all areas inside and outside are clean, safe and well-maintained. Attending the grounds, maintaining a clean, well-kept appearance to entryways outdoor areas and performing minor landscaping and snow removal duties as needed. Perform general repairs and maintenance as needed, including painting, changing light bulbs and minor plumbing leaks and carrying out heavy cleaning tasks, and special projects inside and outside. Ensure the Gaylord is properly maintained by keeping cardboard and paper products consumed within it organized and the surrounding area clean and ready for daily collection. Job Requirements Requirements: Able to work outside and adapt to all weather conditions, such as hot and cold weather, snow, rain or shine. Detail orientated and complete daily tasks without supervision. Self-starter and able to multitask and prioritize duties based on urgency. Organizational skills, being proactive, and being able to work collaboratively with other team members or alone is a must. Must be able to withstand heavy tasks which include lifting heavy objects up to 50lbs, bending, stooping and standing for up to 10 hours. Flexibility to work extended hours during peak season.
