Quality check experience required Strong attention to detail Manually pull materials, lifting up to 35lbs Need to be able to read a tape measure Need Microsoft excel experience ( able to enter data into a spreadsheet) Able to hit 95% or higher yield percentage for production Hyster sit down forklift experience is a plus but not required Machine Operator Responsibilities: Responsible for creating polymorphic rolls of tape Weave fabric through the machine to be spooled onto empty cores Preform quality check as fabric is being spooled and on finished product Input data into the customer regarding oven temperature and quantities. Make adjustments on touch screen as needed Ensure correct products are being shipped out to the customer At their machine station 95% of the time performing repetitive job duties Watch and regulate temperatures and pressures Adjust machine using cheat sheet to fix spec parameters This job is no longer available
