Pay: $17.00/hr (with opportunity to earn OT on Saturday’s as needed) Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday-Friday, 2:30pm-11:00pm. Possible OT on Saturdays, 4-8 hours, as needed. IMPORTANT NOTE: Must be able to train on 1st shift for 4-8 weeks before moving to 2nd shift. 1st shift training schedule is Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm. Production Associates for Assembly Job Summary: As a Production Associate for Assembly, you will perform a wide variety of assembly operations to build Motor Controlled Pods. Duties include, but not limited to: Using hand tools Read schematics, bill of materials and part numbers Ability to think through processes when assembling wiring harnesses – attention to detail is a must. Production Associates for Assembly Responsibilities: Follow work instructions to manufacture quality products per Standard Operating Procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices Connect component lead wires to printed circuits or routes and connect wires appropriately Meet production requirements set by the customer. Follow safety standards and policies. All other duties as assigned.
