Overview Base Pay: $17 Per Hour Job Number: 1109957 Industry: unavailable Employee Type: Temp to Hire Manage Others: No Required Travel: No Description Prologistix has immediate openings for Material Handlers that are Forklift Certified on Sit Down and EPJ Work location is in McDonough, GA. on Hwy 155 on exit 216 Shift is Monday – Thursday 1 p.m. – 11:30 p.m., and overtime as needed, but will train for 90 days on 1st shift Pay is $17/hr. while training on 1st shift for 90 days, and $17.80/hr. once you move to 2nd shift. Summary: Loads, unloads, and moves materials within or near plant, yard, or work site by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Receive Base Paper and place in appropriate staging location. Confirm the quantity the packing list matches roll for roll what is on the truck. Allocate Base Paper per job and place at proper press for production. Remove finished good rolls from the presses and staging in assigned area for further processing. Retrieve finished goods from Wrapping Room. Place finished goods in packaging box or on a skid per customer specifications. Once strapped securely, place finished product in staging area for shipment. Load finished product on a truck for shipment. Retrieve finished goods from wrapping room. Load product in rack area. Prepare product for shipment per picking list instructions. This would include palletizing in different configurations per customer specifications. Unload any return material as delivered.
