• Must have awareness of PC hardware components, desktop operation system software and application software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access).
• Should possess excellent analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve opportunities.
• Able to interact effectively with management, staff, vendors, customers, and work independently, and/or as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs and be capable of using motorized equipment (fork trucks, tuggers, etc.).
• Must be able to comprehend and follow work instructions.
• Must be able to work in an extreme hot climate.
• Must be self-driven.

Hire Dynamics has openings in Anderson, SC office for Distribution Operators (Forklift) on 1st shift. Shift Hours: 1st Shift : Monday - Friday 6:30am-3:00pm with occasional mandatory overtime on weekends. Pay: 1st Shift - $17/hr - $19 an hour through June 30ths, then back down to $17 an hour. Scope: Ensure the smooth continuous flow of the distribution center by operating either a stand-up reach truck or order picker to load full pallet or pick-to-pallet product into shipping lanes. 6 months of forklift experience is required. You will be on the forklift for the majority of the shift. Basic duties will require loading and scanning of packages in a pick to pallet or full pallet capacity while giving due diligence to safety, quality, and performance rate. Job Requirements: Must demonstrate proficiency in forklift operations, rf scanner, and be able to hit specific pick rates and job metrics, while maintaining good attendance. Must possess physical dexterity sufficient to accomplish tasks such as lifting, lowering, and using manual pallet jacks. Must possess cooperative attitude toward coworkers and management. Capable of working in a standing position 100% of the time. Capable of lifting, grasping, and carrying up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance. Available to work long hours and weekends, as needed. Maintain clean and orderly work area. Strive for continual improvement in departmental processes and functions. Does not have a fear of heights. Order pickers go up to 40ft high while on a platform and wearing a harness. Other duties as assigned

1st Shift Monday- Friday 7:30am - Production completion | $20-22 Hourly

Requirements for this position are as follows:

• Proficiency in- MS Office Suite, Microsoft GP a Plus

• At least 2 years of direct business experience in Production, Packaging and/or Warehousing.

• Knowledge of office processes, procedures, and ERP technology. Experience in coordinating projects and team activities using ERP systems.

• Ability to track Key Performance Indicators and enforce/follow monitoring methods to improve upon KPIs.

• Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule, a sense of urgency and the ability to accept accountability.
