An Incredible Honor By Hire Dynamics CATEGORY: Blog, Recognition POSTED: February 2, 2015 We received an honor recently that is truly inspiring: Pictured from left are Jasmine Bean (staffing specialist, Alpharetta Branch), Dan Campbell (CEO of Hire Dynamics), Kristy Jones (Branch Manager, Alpharetta Branch), and Joel Seymour who presented the award. Seymour has served over 50 years in the Georgia Department of Defense with 39 years in the National Guard and 11 years as Commander of the Georgia State Defense Force with the rank of Brigadier General. Bobby Pate (Onsite Manager, Airport Branch) and Jon Neff (CFO of Hire Dynamics are not pictured). “In the voice of all those that still serve today and in the voice of our honorable fallen comrades” we would like to thank the Hire Dynamics Family for acknowledging and showing their appreciation and support for us while we continue to serve. From a Soldier’s Heart, we love you for that. Two of our team members were so moved by experiences with their managers and colleagues at Hire Dynamics while on military leave, they took it upon themselves to nominate the company for the Patriot Award. Jasmine Bean is a specialist with the Army National Guard and a Hire Dynamics staffing specialist in the Alpharetta Branch, and Bobby Pate is Hire Dynamics onsite manager in the Airport branch and holds the rank of sergeant with the U.S. Army Reserve. Because of their account of how Hire Dynamics truly supports those among us with military careers, CEO Dan Campbell and CFO Jon Neff were presented with this National Guard Best Places to Work honor on behalf of the company. The Patriot Award is an honor granted by the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve, a Department of Defense office. It recognizes those supervisors providing service members and their families professional considerations that allow them to serve including flexible schedules, time off prior to and after deployment, caring for families and granting leaves of absence if needed. It is in Bobby’s words that we take the most pride: Thank you for besting a beacon of loyalty towards recognizing our dedication to protect and defend our precious freedom. Your love toward our Troops will help America to never forget our commitment… You’ve reached out with this act of love and we hear it Loud and Clear. As a company, we live by the idea that “What We Do Matters” and are heartened when our employees extend that ideal to serving their community and country.
