CHARLOTTE & ATLANTA – Hire Dynamics, an industry-leading staffing provider with 12 branch offices throughout the Southeast, was recently named a 2016 Best Places to Work in Charlotte by the Charlotte Business Journal. The company was awarded the #2 ranking in the Small Companies category.

In an industry where the average retention rate for staffing agencies is 40 percent, Hire Dynamics stands out by retaining employees at 84 percent. Its commitment to training is an important aspect of employee satisfaction, as is its work outside the office. The Charlotte office partners with leading nonprofit organizations in the area including the Urban League, Dress for Success, The Men’s Shelter, and Catholic refugee charities, while employees support colleague’s community and personal causes.

To determine the city of Charlotte’s best companies to work, the weekly business newspaper asked readers to nominate workplaces in the area. Employees at participating companies and organizations were surveyed by Quantum Workplace earlier this year. Quantum ranked the top 70 employers in three categories: large employers (250 employees and up), mid-sized employers (51-249 employees), and small employers (10 to 50 employees).

The Best Places to Work survey is conducted and published annually by the Charlotte Business Journal as a means to recognize the companies focused on creating a positive, effective work environment for their employees. Charlotte’s 2016 Best Places to Work recipients were recognized at an awards ceremony at the Charlotte Convention Center on Nov. 17^th.
