Our Secret to Repeated Success

Inc. 5000For the 8th time, Inc. named Hire Dynamics to their coveted list of the fastest growing companies in America. The 2017 Inc. 5000 list showcases the successes of small, publicly held business across the country. Only one tenth of honorees make the Inc. 5000 list several years in a row, and Hire Dynamics is thrilled to be named to this Honor Roll.

Hire Dynamics CEO Larry Feinstein believes an integral part of our repeated recognition is because “we continue to outpace the industry.” Since our founding in 2001, Hire Dynamics has expanded to 12 branch offices and 27 on-sites throughout the Southeast, and is continually growing. We put our customers and employees first, and have always stayed true to maintaining a positive work environment.

Over the years, our staffing methods and company culture have been recognized, and we are committed to bringing these values to each of our offices. We believe an important part of our success is through our determination to hire the best talent for our clients.

At Hire Dynamics, we make it a point to hire dependable and well-trained workers to quickly and effectively fill staffing needs. Methods of recruiting and hiring change over the years, but our commitment to having great employees remains a priority. As recruitment season quickly approaches, we’ve used new ways to find the best employees for our clients.

At Hire Dynamics, we embrace a positive company culture and love for what we do, and we hire people who believe in what we do. Because our employees love their job, turnover rates are low and we have a great work environment. Our recent initiative with OSHA has helped keep our offices safe, employees happier, and our retention rate at an all-time high.

We are honored to be on the Inc. 5000 list for another year, and cannot wait for the celebratory conference in October. Find us and other Inc. 5000 winners here.
