Prior to starting Hire Dynamics in 2001, Dan was the CEO of an
award-winning staffing company based in Los Angeles, California.
Previously, Dan was Director of Business Planning for AHL Services and an
Investment Banker in the Corporate Finance Group of Price Waterhouse. Dan
serves as Treasurer on the Board of the American Staffing Association (ASA) and
is the Georgia State Chair in the Young President's Organization (YPO). Dan
graduated Magna Cum Laude from Millsaps College.
Jon spent eight years with KPMG as a Senior Manager within the
assurance practice primarily working with public and private companies in the
high-tech industry and spent two years at KPMG's office in London. He is a
Certified Public Accountant and is a member of both the AICPA and Georgia
Society of CPA's. Jon graduated Summa Cum Laude from Millsaps College and
currently serves on the Board of the Atlanta Chapter of Financial Executives
International (FEI). Jon earned his Executive MBA from Emory University's
Goizueta Business School (2012).
Kim has served in the staffing industry for the last 12 years.
She is responsible for the Skilled Business Unit for Hire Dynamics and reports
to Dan. Prior to joining Hire Dynamics, Kim was Vice President of the Southeast
Region for a national staffing company responsible for 27 offices and 6,000
daily associates. Kim has also served as a Regional Manager for a national
provider in Atlanta providing sales and service support for a wide variety of
clients. Prior to the staffing industry, Kim held management, sales and client
service positions at Georgia Pacific for 10 years in their paper and tissue
division. Currently Kim serves on the board for the Gwinnett Economic
Development Committee and works with Atlanta-SHRM and as a volunteer for Junior
Achievement.
Jeannette has been with Hire
Dynamics since inception in 2001. Prior to working with Hire Dynamics she was a
Senior Branch Manager successfully running three offices for a regional
staffing company. Jeannette is credited with building the largest portion of
Hire Dynamics' Atlanta business and has developed several strong managers and
maintains the highest level of retention in the company. Jeannette serves on
the Industrial and Educational Policy Councils for the American Staffing
Association and is board member on the GSA Board, supporting membership. She
was previously a Georgia Staffing Association Board Member and is a member of
the Gwinnett Chamber Manufacturing and Logistics Council. Jeannette recently
graduated from the Achieva Pathbuilders Program, an Executive Women’s
Leadership program, and is a graduate of Old Dominion University.
With over 12 years of experience, Sonya is a seasoned staffing
industry insider in the Atlanta market. She brings a wealth of expertise in
staffing management and sales. Sonya spent seven years with Randstad and two
years with Spherion in various Sales/ Management positions. She joined Hire
Dynamics in 2005. Sonya is a Penn State graduate.
Emily has been a member of the Hire Dynamics team since 2003 when
she joined the organization as a Retention Specialist focused on improving
employee retention at several of Hire Dynamics' largest clients. In that time
she has worked in a variety of roles and is currently a Regional Manager
responsible for our Nevada and Arizona operations. Emily serves on the boards
of the Northern Nevada Human Resources Association and the Council for Supply
Chain Management Northern Nevada Roundtable and is a graduate of the University
of Nevada, Reno.
Gary has more than 30 years of experience in IT sales, business
development and entrepreneurial business management. Over the span of his
successful career, he has been a client, a call center manager, an investor,
and an employee. Gary's expertise lies in complex sales process and business
development management. He leads Hire Dynamics' national sales and business
development programs.
Hire Dynamics' Board of Advisors is a major strength, as it leads the industry for a company our size. This influential and diverse group holds years of staffing experience and expertise in many other business segments (e.g. business tax and investment consulting, sales, marketing, and market research) that complement Hire Dynamics. The Advisors serve as a "sounding board" for management and as a source of knowledge that positively impacts business decisions. The board includes three former Presidents/CEOs from public staffing companies, as well as three former staffing business owners.
Bob is the founder of Atkinson, Henning and Associates, PC and PFM Capital Management, LLC, through which he has been providing Wealth Management services to individuals and families for over 25 years. Prior to founding his own company, Bob headed up the financial planning group for Ernst & Young. Bob resides in Atlanta.
Peter is currently the volunteer Board Chair of Crossroads Career Network and a Principal at The Complex Sale, a sales training and consulting firm in Alpharetta, GA. Peter has nearly 30 years of experience in the professional services and computer services industry, and prior to joining TCS he served as President of Spherion Corporation's Outsourcing and Human Capital Consulting Divisions.
His background in sales leadership, marketing and operational management includes key roles with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), IBM, NYNEX, and First Financial Management. At Andersen Consulting he was worldwide Director of Business Development.
Celeste is responsible for building the strategic corporate reputation for Coca-Cola North America by designing and communicating the Company’s vision for how it delivers on its promise to consumers that Coca-Cola can make a positive difference in their lives. She spent five years with McKinsey & Company, worked in strategic planning for Intercontinental Hotels, is the former Director of Marketing for the Atlanta Journal Constitution and Senior Vice President of Marketing and Strategy for AHL Services. Celeste currently resides in Atlanta.
Jim has spent the past 15 years in and around the staffing and IT services arena. In 2005, Jim started CHILDS Advisory Partners. They have completed over 15 deals totaling in excess of $1 billion and currently have offices in Atlanta, Washington, DC and LA. Notable staffing deals include the sale of B2B Workforce to Vedior and the sale of Lucas Group to HIG Capital.
David is the former Chairman and CEO for Acsys Staffing, which was eventually sold to Vedior. Previously, David was the founder and President of David C. Cooper, Inc., a financial & accounting staffing company. David resides in Atlanta.
Peter is the former CEO/Co-owner of Madsen Staffing, a company based in San Francisco, CA; sold to Kimco in 2000 after 20 years in business. Peter resides in Sonoma, CA.
Raymond is the CEO of the Atlanta Zoo. Prior to his current position, he was Senior Vice President for Community Affairs for SunTrust Bank. He had a 20 year career at SunTrust in various capacities within the Corporate Banking and Receivables Capital Management Divisions.
Michael is the President of the Staffing Leadership Group, which provides consulting and back office support for the staffing industry. He is the former President of Adecco North America. Also, Michael previously worked at Arthur Andersen. Michael resides in Columbus, OH.
Paul has spent 34 years in the executive search business. He is a Senior Client Partner at Korn/Ferry International. Paul has extensive human capital experience in the areas of selection, recruitment, retention, organizational design, succession planning, and compensation, including strategy and structure. He has chaired his firm's Board of Director's Practice, successfully recruiting for boards in energy, telecommunications, and financial services. Paul has served on the Board of MunicipalTrade.com and numerous community and charitable boards. Paul resides in Atlanta.
Greg has over 25 years of staffing industry experience. Currently, he provides consulting services to the staffing industry in the areas of scaling of professional Staffing Services and Direct Hire as well as on M&A and turn-around issues. Previously, Greg was CEO of Remedy Temp, Inc. (Nasdaq: REMX) for five years through 2006. Prior to Remedy Temp, Inc., he was the Director of ASA. Greg serves on the boards of four private and one public company. He is an Advisory Board member of the Georgetown University Business School. Greg resides in Southern California.
